A message went out from our patient portal last night informing users that they were going to be removed from their portal account soon. Please disregard this message as it was the result of a glitch in our patient portal software. Thank you for your understanding!

If you receive an email from our patient portal, you already have an account and there is no need to signup again. To gain access to this account, just use the "Forgot Password" function below the login box. That process will email you a new temporary password that will allow you to access your account. You can also call 573-471-0330 , Option 9, Extension 1113 to get help from our support desk.

Welcome to the myFMG Patient Portal!

This portal will give you access to your information in our system allowing you to view visit summaries and test results, submit medication refill requests, pay your bill and much more. Use the “Click here to Register” link on the right to sign up!

Frequently Asked Questions...

How do I add another person to my portal account? You are allowed to add your children who are under the age of 18 to your portal account allowing you to use a single email address and password to access those accounts.

Additionally, you are allowed to add spouses and family members who you may have legal adult guardianship over such as those with special needs or elderly parents.

To add someone or to find out more just give us a call 573-471-0330, choose Option 9, and then enter extension 1113. You can also do this the next time you are in one of our clinics for an appointment.

I forgot my password, how do I get in? If you have forgotten your password you can use the “Forgot Password” option found on the portal homepage underneath the login box. This will send you an email with a temporary password allowing you to gain access to your account.

I signed up for a new email address, how do I change it? If you know the password to your account, just login and on the left menu go to “Settings”. Under settings, you will see an option that says “Change Portal Login”. If you do not know your password, you will have to call 573-471-0330, choose Option 9, and then enter extension 1113 and get the email address changed.

I am Getting an Error...

“Email Address found to be in use, please use different Email Address” Receiving this error it likely means that you have provided your email address to a receptionist at one of your prior visits. We pre-activate portal accounts for those patients that have an email address on file. To access this account choose the “Forgot Password” option below under the login box on the portal homepage.
